Your Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced, hands-on Senior Software Architect with a focus on AI to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our AI-driven applications. You will leverage your expertise in Azure, AWS, and OpenAI services to build scalable and secure AI solutions. Your work will encompass extensive API configuration, integration of AI services, and may involve exposure to semantic kernel and orchestration concepts, enhancing our agentic workflows. This role is essential for driving the development of user-centric AI applications that meet strategic business objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborating with data scientists, product owners, external partners and other developers to understand and address AI-driven business needs.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and product owners to strategically enable value added AI applications
  • Designing and developing scalable front-end and back-end components for AI applications.
  • Implementing and managing APIs for AI services and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Leveraging Azure, AWS, and OpenAI services to build and deploy AI solutions.
  • Working with semantic kernel and other orchestration concepts to optimize agentic workflows.
  • Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of AI applications within our businesses.
  • Participating in code reviews, writing unit tests, and ensuring coding standards are met.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for AI solutions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and full stack development.
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to create effective user interfaces for AI applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate planning.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack software development, with a focus on AI applications.
  • Strong expertise in relevant Azure, AWS, and OpenAI services for AI development.
  • Extensive understanding of API configuration and integration.
  • Experience in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
  • Familiarity with semantic kernel and orchestration concepts, and experience with agentic workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodology.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field) are a plus but not required.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
  • Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools tailored for AI systems.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and AI model serving.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their orchestration.
  • Proven ability to implement emerging AI infrastructure ideas into practice through rapid experimentation and prototyping.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or platforms, particularly in AI or full stack development domains.
