Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a versatile Senior Infrastructure Analyst at our headquarters in Wichita, KS, to be part of a dynamic team supporting IT Infrastructure devices, network, server, end-user computing, and global technology initiatives.
As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting our IT infrastructure services across multiple locations and businesses

What You Will Do

• Execute projects, implement and support of a variety of critical IT infrastructure services across multiple locations and businesses, enabling use of transformative technology
• Continually evaluate and transform support processes to maximize efficiency and ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilize the critical thinking and develop business case to reinvent and implement creative solutions in the IT infrastructure space
• Support & maintenance of servers, computers, printers and network equipment
• Partner with key people in the businesses and IT organization to deliver improved business results
• Work in a variety of environments, including indoor/outdoor industrial manufacturing spaces, server rooms, and office spaces
• Participate in global IT support teams for operational support, team meetings and project deployments

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in an IT infrastructure role working with i nfrastructure devices (routers, switches, firewall changes, server OS provisioning and decommission, storage changes, etc.) using common scripting languages/tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, networking, server patching, VMWare, group policy, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers
• Experience troubleshooting complex IT problems across multiple platforms and technologies
• Ability to travel an average of 10% of the time
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with vulnerability management and cybersecurity tools
• Experience with developing or implementing monitoring and alerting solutions
• Basic knowledge of ICS network security (Purdue Model/PCN/Firewalls)
