Our Team Inventory Reconciliation Analyst will report to the Inventory Reconciliation Supervisor. The role will be based in Wichita, KS, with a hybrid work environment (ability to work remote any 2 days/week).
What You Will Do The Inventory Reconciliation Analyst role will support the Transportation and Distribution group and be responsible for the following:
- Perform site-specific inventory reconciliations between the physical readings and ERP system
- Communicate with 3rd party sites and Koch plants/terminals to ensure facility physical data is collected and accurate
- Identify, research and drive timely resolution of both reconciling items and root causes of reconciling items
- Communicate discrepancies to accounting to ensure financial reporting is accurate
- Oversee tracking and reporting of inventory data along with fulfillment of audit requests and inquiries
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Experience in a role with daily responsibilities in Accounting, Banking, Finance or Supply Chain
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal teams and external customers
- Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas)
What Will Put You Ahead - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with systems for account reconciliation, inventory management, supply chain or related areas
