RN Night House Supervisor

We are adding a 2nd Shift Clinical Coordinator to orchestrate hospital-wide patient flow, manage staffing ratios across all departments, and serve as a resource for night shift staff. Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers; adjust nursing staff assignments, reallocate personnel based on unit acuity, manage sick calls and staffing shortages; assist bedside staff, equipment failures, interdepartmental bottlenecks. Assist with bedside nursing as needed. May include some weekend and holiday nights.
