Registered Nurse Manager - ED

Be a part of a supportive, collaborative nursing management team!The Registered Nursing (RN) Manager will strategically manage and direct the Emergency Department. The RN Manager is responsible for selection of nursing and allied health professionals for staffing needs, as well as orientation, clinical education, competency evaluation, and policies and procedures related to assigned area. In addition, the RN Manager will make recommendations of efficient and cost-effective use of human and material resources in delivering quality services. Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises dedicated ED staff. Kansas Medical Center (KMC)is a fully physician owned 58 inpatient bed hospital that opened in 2006.
