Registered Nurse Manager

Our RN Management Team is looking for an ICU Manager to continue building a strong team of professionals by inspiration, education, communication and appreciation. A dynamic leader who works well across departments to manage the day-to-day along with the vision of the unit. Time is split between bedside and management tasks, including staff selection, orientation, education, and competency evaluations. Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises dedicated ICU staff. Kansas Medical Center (KMC)is a fully physician owned 58 inpatient bed hospital that opened in 2006.
