What You Will Do - Convert ideas into defined value-creating opportunities and partner to secure investment alignment
- Prioritize and gain stakeholder alignment on opportunities presented by the organization
- Lead discovery sessions to explore possibilities
- Define, drive, and deploy vision, strategies, and initiatives to advance team capabilities
- Establish preferred partnerships with key stakeholders through regular interactions, providing valuable input and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making
- Contribute to our financial transformation project aimed at transforming business measures and metrics for better alignment with our strategic goals
- Monitor and measure project success to ensure business objectives are met - Manage resource deployment across internal, external, and business partner teams
- Contribute to knowledge networks within INVISTA and with Koch peers
- Partner with IT organization to deliver profitable outcomes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Bachelor's degree
- Experience in accounting, finance, or data analysis
- Proficient in pivot tables, power query, data visualization
- Proven track record in leading analytics or data science projects from scoping to deployment
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead - Experience with auto, electronics, chemical, or energy industries
- Proficient in business analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Sigma, SQL)
- Experience with SAP or large ERP systems
- Experience working with global teams
- Background in advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering
