What You'll Do:
Deliver raw materials and components to the production floor with precision and urgency.
Unload inbound shipments and prepare outbound loads using forklifts, walkies, and other mobile equipment.
Perform inspections and quality checks using tools like calipers, rulers, micrometers, and microscopes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for receipts, deliveries, and internal transfers.
Ensure your workspace stays clean, organized, and compliant with 6S and safety standards.
Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks (add fluids, clean parts, etc.).
Use Microsoft Office tools to generate basic reports and communicate updates clearly.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues, support process improvements, and train team members.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead with safety in everything you do.
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or GED - required
Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
Forklift or walkie experience - required
Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely team-lift over that weight when needed
- Experience with automation or production assembly
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Work involves standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment in a dynamic facility
Stand: 20%, Walk: 40%, Sit: 10%, Lift: 30%. Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs. Assisted lifts for weights over 35 lbs.
Must be comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include a full Tyvek or hazmat suit with a respirator (fit test required for some roles)
