Your Role as an RT: We're seeking a
Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver exceptional patient care and support our healthcare team in providing optimal respiratory services.
- Assess, plan, and perform respiratory interventions tailored to patient needs, including tracheostomy care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
- Adhere to safety, emergency, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.
What We're Looking For: - Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (Bachelor's preferred).
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license and CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of one year of respiratory care experience in acute or subacute settings preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills (e.g., Point Click Care).
- Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
