Your Role as an RN:

As a Registered Nurse specializing in long-term care and skilled nursing, your expertise in LTC, SNF, post-acute or respiratory care will help elevate the quality of life for our residents.
  • Deliver top-tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Provide critical oversight for LTC, SNF, post-acute and respiratory care programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.
  • Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care.


What We're Looking For:
  • A current RN license in Kansas, in good standing.
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or respiratory nursing.
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills, with a resident-centered approach.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
