We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care, enhance patient recovery, and support our team in delivering high-quality therapy services.
  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and create effective treatment plans.
  • Administer therapy in alignment with physician-approved plans.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Restorative Aides.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes per policy.
  • Provide caregiver training and assist with discharge planning, including recommending durable medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.

Education:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Kansas Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
  • Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills (e.g., Point Click Care).
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
