As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you'll be a vital member of our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care by:
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitoring residents' conditions and providing updates to the care team.
  • Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff.
  • Assisting with resident care plans to promote wellness and recovery.
  • Documenting care and clinical observations accurately and timely.


What We're Looking For:
  • A current LVN/LPN license in Kansas, in good standing.
  • Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-centered approach.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
