Your Role as a CMA:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll play an essential role in providing care and support to our residents by:
  • Administering prescribed medications under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including repositioning, feeding, bathing, and grooming.
  • Monitoring and reporting resident conditions to the nursing team.
  • Documenting care and medication administration in the electronic clinical record.


What We're Looking For:
  • A current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Kansas, in good standing.
  • A compassionate communicator with patience and empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic technology skills.
