We are seeking a dynamic and organized Activities Assistant! The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines to assure that an on-going program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.

We are looking for an Activity Assistant to support the planning and implementation of engaging activities for residents that promote well-being and quality of life.
- Participate in organizing individual, small, and large group activities.
- Assist in creating monthly activity calendars and maintaining attendance records.
- Encourage resident participation in hobbies, crafts, and other self-initiated activities.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, families, and community partners to meet resident needs.
- Support discharge planning, activity care plans, and resident assessments.
- Help arrange transportation for resident outings, appointments, or discharges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the activity department.
Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Passion for enhancing residents' experiences through meaningful activities.
