We are seeking a full-time UI Production Artist 1 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready digital assets across multiple product lines.

We are seeking a full-time UI Production Artist 1 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready digital assets across multiple product lines.
Essential Functions
- Prepare final software-ready image files based on supplied specifications for several types of product lines
- Collaborate with user interface designers and software engineers to make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and assist in the resolution of artwork issues during the production process
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure tasks are being completed on time
- Manage multiple, basic projects in parallel from start to finish
- Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or another related area of study OR a High School Diploma AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule) with the demonstrated ability to apply learned knowledge
- Proficient understanding of imaging formats, screen technology, quality control, and asset output
- Proficient using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and quality
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, Microsoft Office
- Experience in visual communications or graphic design
