What You'll Do
As a Shipping Forklift Operator, you'll focus on the outbound movement of product and accuracy of pulling orders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
  • Move materials to and from production and shipping areas
  • Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling
  • Stage, stock, and organize materials to support production flow
  • Accurately complete and submit shipping/receiving documentation
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

  • Accurate Shipments and documentation with minimal discrepancies
  • Safe work practices with no violations
  • Strong teamwork and communication across departments
  • Active participation in continuous improvement and problem-solving
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (recommended)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred - certification completed onsite
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and documentation skills
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other areas as needed
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance or equipment)
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
  • Exposure to vibration, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
