What You'll Do
As a Receiving Forklift Operator, you'll focus on the inbound movement, organization, and accuracy of materials throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against documentation
  • Safely transport materials to designated production and storage locations
  • Stage and stock materials based on production demand and schedules
  • Accurately record all receiving and material movement transactions
  • Partner with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Perform daily audits and support inventory accuracy
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S and ISO standards
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and actively promote a safe work environment
  • Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement activities
  • Support cross-training efforts and assist teammates as needed
What Success Looks Like
  • Production areas are never delayed due to receiving or material availability issues
  • Materials are put away correctly and documentation is completed accurately and timely
  • Inventory discrepancies are minimized or eliminated
  • Safety standards are followed consistently with zero violations
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (recommended)
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred - certification completed onsite
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and documentation skills
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other areas as needed
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
  • Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance or equipment)
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
  • Exposure to vibration, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
