Job Description:
Endpoint Technologies Specialist delivers first‑ and second‑level technical support for internal users across the organization. This role supports Windows workstations, mobile devices, and core corporate technologies. Responsibilities include both hands‑on and remote support for applications, hardware, and platforms used by our domestic and international teams. A major focus of the role is managing all incoming and outgoing end‑user equipment—ensuring computers and smartphones are inventoried, cleaned, prepared, and ready for deployment.

Education: Bachelor' s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related field.

The Compensation range for this role is 45, 000 to 50, 000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
