Job Description:

We're looking for a detail‑oriented, client‑focused Treasury Management Analyst to support our Business and Commercial clients with a full suite of Treasury Management products. In this role, you'll ensure smooth onboarding, deliver world‑class service, and provide operational and technical support to both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do
  • Provide exceptional, same‑day client support
  • Open business and commercial accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams
  • Use CRM, Smartsheet, and tracking tools for accurate pipeline updates
  • Support bank staff with Treasury Management inquiries
  • Monitor for fraud and escalate concerns
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Wire, ACH, Positive Pay, policies, and regulations
  • Complete Risk Assessments for RDC and ACH clients
  • Assist with projects and contribute to team goals


What You Bring
  • 2-5 years of banking experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational strength
  • Ability to execute routine tasks independently
  • Confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of TM products, NACHA rules, and ACH processing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
