Position Summary

We're hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to support a growing insurance agency. This role is responsible for servicing personal lines insurance policies, managing day-to-day client requests, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality client experience. You'll support a dedicated producer while also assisting the broader Personal Lines team-playing a key role in operational consistency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities listed below represent the primary duties of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Manage service and processing for a Personal Lines book of business
  • Handle endorsements, policy changes, ID cards, and client requests
  • Process new business, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites
  • Work with insurance carriers to quote, issue, and resolve policy issues
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in AMS360 (Vertafore) and carrier systems
  • Identify coverage gaps, errors, and compliance risks


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty (P& C) license
  • Knowledge of personal auto, homeowners, and umbrella insurance
  • Experience with AMS360 (Vertafore) or similar agency management systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
