Job Description:

Role
Supports and coordinates project management activities throughout the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Observe or shadow team members and learn as they handle complex situations and projects.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and take notes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Support team with current projects and initiatives.
  • Manage a low complexity project under guidance from a Project Manager.
  • Gathers input from peers and management on complex situations.
  • Possess appropriate discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Must comply with current applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to
  • supervisor and/or Human Resources.

Experience
No prior experience required, however candidate should possess interest in IT Project Management.
Education/Certifications/Licenses
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College sophomore or higher working toward a bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or other applicable business degree.
Skills
Quality written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others, primarily inside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of
giving or obtaining information.
