Job Description:

We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. In this role, you'll support key system enhancements, lead impactful projects, and ensure our technology supports organizational goals.

What You'll Do
  • Install, test, and validate system enhancements following SDLC standards.
  • Support employees with system, software, and procedural issues.
  • Gather and document requirements, translating business needs into IT deliverables.
  • Analyze, configure, test, and document system changes.
  • Lead and support bank initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure successful project outcomes and compliance with policies.


What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Experience with software delivery, requirement gathering, and formal project methodologies (AGILE preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven ability to test, document, and support system changes within an SDLC.
