General Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain public areas, resident rooms, restrooms, handrails, and floors throughout the day.
- Dust and clean walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers.
- Empty trash, replace liners, and sweep/mop floors.
- Follow safety protocols, including caution signage and proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Notify supervisors of safety concerns, supply needs, or resident issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and effective time management.
- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required; long-term care experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and using cleaning equipment.
