Description:

Key responsibilities:
  • Data Management & Documentation
    • Maintain and update supply chain records (orders, inventory, shipments), Prepare reports (stock levels, delivery status, purchasing data), Ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems (SAP)
  • Procurement Support
    • Assist in creating Purchase Orders (PO), Follow up with suppliers on order status and Track material delivery schedules
  • Logistics Coordination
    • Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines, Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse teams & Support export/import documentation (if applicable)
  • Inventory Support
    • Track stock levels and report shortages or excess, Assist with stock audits and reconciliation & Help maintain inventory accuracy
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Liaise with internal teams (production, warehouse, finance), Handle supplier communication for updates and documentation & Support problem-solving in supply chain delays/issues
Criteria:
  • Active university students (diploma or bachelor's degree), max. 7th semester
  • Majoring in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or similar
  • Available to intern at Schneider Electric Batam for 12 months
  • Proficient English skills
