    • Responsible to reduce conversion costs (DVC Labour productivity, NDVC Labour efficiency, others)
    • In charge to identify, standardize and deploy across cluster, SPS & Smart best practices
    • In charge to lead large Kaizen and E-VSM transformation
    • Ensure site SPS compliance
    • Manage the end-to-end capacity
    • Ensure robust operating cadence
    • Train, and coach perimeter for sustainability
    • Areas of expertise: SPS, manufacturing operations, smart technologies, process design, material provision and handling, standard organisation, investment, cost analysis

What will you do:
  • Lead the deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites, domains, and technologies, ensuring operational excellence
  • Spearhead manufacturing research and development initiatives to optimize production costs and enhance quality standards
  • Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures while conducting technical feasibility assessments
  • Evaluate and design production processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and quality standards
