Schneider Electric is hiring a PMO Head in Batam, KR. This is a full-time position.

About the Role (Mission)

The PMO Head will lead the Program Management Office to drive disciplined execution of strategic initiatives and industrial transformation programs across East Asia. This includes ensuring strong governance, clear prioritization, and consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes with speed, rigor, and accountability.

What will you do?

Governance & Execution Discipline
  • Define and enforce PMO governance, operating cadence, and execution standards
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability, with fast and effective escalation of issues
  • Standardize and Digitize tools to deliver simple, consistent and clear reporting
Portfolio & Program Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the East Asia industrial transformation portfolio
  • Work closely with LTSCP leaders to translate strategic direction into executable plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor execution, anticipate risks, and secure on-time delivery
Performance Management & Transformation Delivery
  • Drive fact-based performance tracking with clear status (on track / at risk / delayed)
  • Ensure disciplined monthly executive reporting with focus on decisions, risks, and impact
  • Align functions and regions to remove blockers and accelerate decision-making
  • Ensure delivery of measurable operational and financial outcomes
Team & Capability Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing PMO team
  • Strengthen program and project management capabilities across the organization
  • Coach leaders to improve execution rigor, speed, and accountability
  • Embed a culture of ownership, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement
Key Deliverables
  • Clear, prioritized portfolio with defined ownership, milestones, and expected impact
  • Concise executive dashboards highlighting status, risks, and required decisions
  • Robust governance enabling fast escalation and resolution
  • Consistent on-time delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Measurable operational and financial results
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 10+ years in industrial operations, strategy, or deployment in a global environment
  • Strong experience in multi-BU, multi-region supply chain
  • Proven strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Demonstrated strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
  • Proven leadership in industrialization, capacity planning, and transformation
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to drive alignment and execution in a complex matrix organization
