Schneider Electric is hiring a Order Management in Batam, KR. This is a full-time position.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Management to join Schneider Electric. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfillment, maintaining master data accuracy, optimizing inventory parameters, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective coordination with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customers. The position plays a critical role in achieving On-Time Delivery performance, minimizing back orders, and supporting Supply Chain operational excellence.

What will you do?

Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
  • Manage customer orders from order receipt through delivery fulfillment.
  • Develop and manage priority lists for urgent customer requirements in coordination with Production Scheduling.
  • Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTDM, OTDS), Back Order Lines (BOL), and Order Fulfillment Rates.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for delivery failures, shortages, and backlog issues.
  • Coordinate recovery plans and corrective actions to improve service performance.
  • Communicate order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolutions to customers.
Purchase Order Management
  • Maintain and update confirmed delivery dates in SAP.
  • Coordinate order pull-in and push-out requests with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor purchase order execution and resolve supply-related issues.
Master Data Management
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of planning and inventory master data.
  • Conduct annual reviews of Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Lead Time settings.
  • Review and optimize replenishment strategies (Make-to-Stock / Make-to-Order).
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives through accurate master data maintenance.
Customer Collaboration & Inventory Management
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand demand changes, stock requirements, and urgent requests.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and service meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Optimize order fulfillment performance while minimizing expedited shipments and air freight costs.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and supply chain improvement programs.
Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze order fulfillment, inventory, and service level performance data.
  • Generate reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve OTDS, reduce BOL, and enhance customer experience.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Excellence, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational procedures.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of MPP systems and production scheduling software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar.
