Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistic Trainer to lead the development and execution of impactful training programs for our logistic operational operators. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training modules that cover all key aspects of warehouse and transportation processes, including inbound, outbound, cycle counting, and transport logistics. This role plays a vital part in elevating operational efficiency, safety, and compliance through targeted skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, customize, and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse and transportation processes for operational operators.
2. Conduct training sessions for new hires and arrange ongoing skills enhancement for existing operator to ensure continuous growth.
3. Perform training needs analysis regularly to identify skill gaps and develop improvement activities.
4. Create engaging training materials, manuals, and assessment tools aligned with operational standards and best practices.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance observations.
6. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to implement process improvements and share best practices.
7. Promote safety awareness and ensure all training complies with safety standards and company policies.
8. Monitor and document trainee progress, providing coaching and feedback to encourage skill mastery.
9. Encourage a culture of learning, teamwork, and operational excellence among trainees.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
Demonstrated experience in training and developing logistics or warehouse operators.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, or Lean.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop interactive and practical training sessions.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training activities.
