What will you do?

• Implement quality culture initiatives across manufacturing sites through process control and continuous improvement programs
• Perform process audits and root cause analysis to identify and mitigate quality risks
• Oversee quality aspects of new manufacturing line implementations and process changes through structured change management
• Partner with procurement quality to ensure suppliers address manufacturing-related quality issues effectively

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Quality Strategy - advanced level; developing site-level quality plans that align with customer satisfaction goals
• Five Whys - advanced level; leading structured root cause investigations to eliminate recurring defects
• PFMEA - advanced level; conducting failure mode analysis to prevent quality risks in manufacturing processes
• Problem Solving - intermediate level; resolving quality issues using structured methodologies
• Process Auditing - intermediate level; evaluating manufacturing processes against quality standards
• Quality Management Systems - intermediate level; implementing and maintaining QMS frameworks in production environments
• Root Cause Analysis - intermediate level; investigating quality incidents to drive permanent corrective actions
• Change Management - intermediate level; ensuring quality during manufacturing line changes and new implementations
