Job Description

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Contract administrator with German language (f/m/d) in Košice, KI. This is a full-time position.

Job Requirements
  • You will accompany and monitor the processing of contracts for Siemens Healthineers in terms of creation, maintenance, and invoicing.
  • You will review newly concluded contracts for compliance with accepted contract standards and enter them into the ERP system.
  • You will ensure the alignment of contract billing statuses with the actual delivery.
  • You will conduct and monitor the contract related invoicing process.
  • You will actively participate in projects within an international environment (e.g., Digital Transformation).

Work Experience
  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • Practical experience with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16 is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
  • You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of big data.
  • Practical experience with SAP modules SD, CO, FI, and RAR is advantageous.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Good in Excel and other MS office programs.
  • Basic logistics knowledge.
