Job Description
Schneider Electric is hiring a Sales Manager in Kaohsiung, KHQ. This is a full-time position.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager - End User Business is responsible for leading the End User Sales Team to accelerate business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve annual business objectives.
This role drives sales strategy execution, strategic account development, opportunity management, and people development across key industrial segments in Taiwan. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, and Digitalization business while building a high-performance sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the End User Sales Team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, opportunity coaching, and business reviews.
- Develop team capabilities in consultative selling, strategic account management, and solution selling.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Sales Professionals to achieve business growth objectives.
- Own and deliver annual orders, sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across targeted industries and market segments.
- Drive customer acquisition and expand business within strategic accounts.
- Identify emerging opportunities and develop action plans to capture market growth.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Lead complex and high-value sales pursuits.
- Drive cross-selling and solution-selling initiatives across Schneider Electric's portfolio.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline transparency.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and profitability.
- Identify business risks and execute corrective actions.
- Provide regular business reviews, market feedback, and competitive insights.
- Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Services, Marketing, Software Sales, Digitalization teams, and other business units.
- Coordinate internal resources to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic initiatives and growth programs.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, Digitalization, or related industries.
- Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and strategic account management.
- Prior people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Chemical, or Process Industries is highly desirable.
