Programme Implementation Lead

Join us as a Programme Implementation Lead at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our Delivery Lead based in Ireland to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As a Programme Implementation Lead you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Dedalus Orbis programmes in Ireland.

You will join a global team of experts across our organisation from development, delivery, architects, engineers and sales. We are a fast paced, dynamic organisation who are looking for a highly skilled candidate with a track record of leading large implementations and EHRs.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Analyse the impact on the business, including the stakeholders, policies and processes, of any digital technology project or initiative.
  • Have an expert understanding of the Ireland business and statutory requirements to advise Dedalus developers of requirements.
  • Create a close understanding and relationship with the HSE and individual Ireland customers.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of delivery communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses of any sales proposals and ensure the Delivery Lead is aware of timeline and resources requirements prior to any customer commitments.
  • Consult and coach project teams to ensure adherence of the implementation process / methodology
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Essential Requirements

  • Experience of leading major implementation programmes, specifically EHR or other similar size programmes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Healthcare Operations or Clinical expertise
