Software Developer (C++)

Job Requirements

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions for MR Digitalization initiatives in the MR Scanner domain

• Translate product and business requirements into scalable, extensible, and maintainable software solutions

• Own the technical delivery of complex features or modules across the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, unit testing, integration, and quality closure.

• Contribute to software quality through design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and adoption of engineering best practices.

•Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose sustainable technical solutions

•Mentor junior engineers, support code quality improvements and promote engineering excellence within the team.

•Collaborate with product management, architects, domain experts, and global engineering teams to define/refine technical solutions for assigned features or modules.

• Identify and contribute to improvements in performance, modernization, automation, development efficiency, and technical debt reduction.

Qualification and Experience:

•6-8years of experience in software design and development using C++(Primary) and #

•B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech (Computer Science, Electronics)

•Strong understanding in software architecture, design patterns, object-oriented design, and scalable distributed systems

•Strong knowledge of concurrent programming, multithreading, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization

•Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD

•Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and cloud technologies.

•Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their application for engineering efficiency

•Strong learning agility to switch across technologiesand domain as per the project needs

•Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and system-level debugging skills.

•Ability to drive technical initiatives independently.

•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

•Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.

•Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction skills.
