Job Description
- Managing end to end logistics inclusive acquisition & execution Part
- Acquisition - PO Placement, Secure Ex-factory dates, Import documents verification, alignment with Export Control & Customs team for clearance part
- Execution - Dispatch documents, Billing, Stock Transfer Order, Ensure for timely /safe delivery at site as per revenue plan
- 3rd Party PO placement for transport / Warehousing services .
- Short supplies tracking & timely resolution
- Monthly KPIs- GR/IR, GIT, MTO(Money Transfer order) closing on time
- Documentation for Buyback equipment's & execution, Availing elevate schemes for buyback /process & documentation
- Documentation & execution of Scrapping of old items(Demo, expired), get scrap value from vendor & adjust in respective SO
