Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Lead Software Developer - C++ in Bengaluru, KA. This is a full-time position.
Job Requirements
Experience: 7-10 Years

- Strong hands-on expertise in C++ and Object-Oriented Design/Programming (OOPS).
- Strong experience in Operating Systems, system software development, including multithreading, IPC, synchronization, and performance optimization.
- Lead requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, and delivery of complex software solutions.
- Drive technical reviews, software quality initiatives, and engineering best practices while actively contributing to code.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Healthcare, Defense, Aerospace, etc.) is preferred.
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, build and test automation is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
