What will you do?- Act as the UKG Senior Functional Analyst within the HR Services team, supporting Time Management across regions.
- Own and manage UKG operations, enhancements, and projects, serving as the UKG configuration expert and the voice of the customer/HRS team.
- Collaborate with country HR Services teams, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality UKG product solutions.
- Lead and execute assigned project tasks, including implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Continuously deliver enriched UKG product experiences that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Drive governance and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external vendors.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?- Deep hands-on expertise in Kronos/UKG application suite including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Scheduling.
- Functional knowledge of Boomi integrations and cross-reference tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements, prepare design documentation, and support testing.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and develop training materials for end users.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UKG applications.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR functional experience in IT transformation projects within large-scale global organizations.
- Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and facilitating workshops.
- Strong command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and excellent presentation skills.
- HR certifications or certifications in Time, Attendance & Payroll or UKG will be an added advantage.
