Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized PMO professional who can manage Scrum Master activities, drive Release Governance, and ensure smooth program execution across multiple teams. The role requires excellent communication, executive-ready presentation skills, and strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesPMO & Delivery Governance- Own program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and compliance with PMO standards.
- Track dashboards, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action logs.
- Facilitate planning sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-team coordination meetings.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality for all program reporting.
Scrum Master Oversight- Guide and mentor Scrum Masters to ensure consistent Agile practices.
- Review sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, flow efficiency) and drive improvements.
- Monitor Agile ceremonies and remove impediments affecting delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
Release Governance- Lead end-to-end release planning, readiness, documentation, and communication.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and functional teams for smooth deployments.
- Manage release dependencies, risks, rollback plans, and retrospectives.
- Maintain release calendars and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Stakeholder & Communication Management- Create crisp, executive-level presentations, status decks, and release summaries.
- Communicate updates clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between global teams, business partners, and engineering teams.
- Manage conflicts, negotiate priorities, and drive decisions in complex environments.
Required Skills & ExperienceCore Experience- 7-12 years in PMO, Agile Delivery, Program Coordination, or Release Management.
- Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile frameworks.
Technical & Process Skills- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and PMO tools.
- Experience managing release cycles, dependencies, risk tracking, and governance models.
- Ability to interpret metrics, dashboards, and delivery KPIs.
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills.
Communication & Soft Skills- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker, capable of handling multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe certifications (optional).
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms or SaaS systems.
