What will you do?- Oversee upstream planning to ensure timely material availability and optimal inventory levels
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Partner with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align schedules with demand and supplier capacity
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance
What are the key skills we are looking for?- Supplier Portal Tool - advanced level; managing supplier communications and tracking material deliveries in real time
- End-to-End Control Tower - intermediate level; monitoring supply chain activities to ensure seamless product flow
- Inventory Management - intermediate level; balancing stock levels to meet production needs without excess
- Drives for Results - intermediate level; executing plans with urgency and accountability to meet production targets
- Material Management Tool - intermediate level; coordinating material availability and tracking usage across operations
- Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - developing level; aligning demand forecasts with supply chain capacity
- Inventory Planning - developing level; forecasting material requirements to support production schedules
- Influencing Skills - developing level; building alignment across teams to drive planning decisions forward
