Job Description

Mission: Being part of Schneider Electric IT business' R& D Center in India, you are responsible for design, implement and deliver high quality design and configuration software to drive the selling of Schneider Electric data center products/solutions and services. You will be developing and maintaining enterprise web applications which helps our customers creating efficient Data Centers for their core business. This involves requirement analysis, Technical design, Testing implementation and support.

Profile: You are a well-rounded web developer with at least 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications, including at least 3 years doing so with Javascript and Angular JS. You have a successful track record that demonstrates your ability to work in teams and deliver projects on time in a dynamic and agile environment.

Knowledge and Skills - Required

• Developers who have built responsive front-end applications communicating via REST services to a backend.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Angular 8 and above.
• Expertise in Java and Springboot.
• Experince in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap is added advantage.
• Pairing with UX designers to build out design concepts and interactive prototypes
• Experience in communicating with REST based service APIs.
• Pairing with developers to ensure that the presentation layer is implemented in accordance with best above best practices and UX specifications
• Experience in working on Agile with SCRUM is a big plus.

Desired Skills

• Experience working with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Experience working with Java and springboot.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and logic.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in developing design tools is a plus

• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Experience in communicating with REST based service APIs.
