Title: Senior, Manufacturing Applications Analyst

Location: Bengaluru, KA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior, Manufacturing Application analyst with 4-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Method Time Measurement solutions (MTM) and Aveva systems, along with a strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of MES and Aveva systems to optimize manufacturing processes and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and improve manufacturing workflows and system integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for MES and Aveva system issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to production.
  • Ensure the MES solutions are scalable and adaptable to accommodate changing business requirements and production demands
  • Implement standardized methodologies and best practices across MES implementation and support processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivering MES solutions
  • Conduct training programs to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing systems to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical/Production, or related field.
  • Experience with working on a standard MES system (Aveva MES, OpCenter etc) would be a plus
  • Proven experience (4-7 years) in implementing and supporting shopfloor applications.
  • Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in system integration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
