Job Title: Backend Developer

We are the DCR Delivery CoE - your digital partner driving end-to-end platform lifecycle management to support strong business outcomes.As a centralized global digital hub, we accelerate Schneider Electric's Digital Vision by developing niche digital skills efficiently and ensuring standardization and governance across regions.

What will you do
  • Design, build, and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices using TypeScript (Node.js) and related technologies.
  • Develop serverless and event-driven architectures on AWS using Lambda, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, and API Gateway.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases-Aurora RDS, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB-and implement data models using Prisma or similar ORMs.
  • Build containerized applications (Docker), deploy on Kubernetes (EKS), and manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or similar tools.

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and hands-on experience in microservices and event-driven systems.
  • Practical AWS cloud expertise, including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and messaging services.
  • Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and schema management across SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, automated testing, observability practices, and secure coding standards.

  • Education Qualification
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
    • 3+ years of backend development experience.
