Senior Analyst- Data Support L2

Location: Gurgaon (India), Bangalore (India), Monterrey (Mexico), Barcelona (Spain)

Key Responsibilities

•Provides supports to Offer Data ecosystem end users (all timezones) via servicenow tickets within standara SLA and at the right quality.

•Accountable to communicate & resolve any queries/requests related to Offer Data.

•Keep users updated with oncoming new functionalities & enhancements on Offer Data Platforms ( PIM, DAM, BSL, ODQ, RDM) via training & Yammer communications.

•Document, maintains & updates Online Knowledge base pages with the current functionalities of offer data platforms.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills/Requirement:

Is familiar with Support process working.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills: Can identify issues and risks, analyze and understand underlying causes, and devise appropriate action plans.

Able to communicate efficiently by listening and sharing information with internal and external customers.

Advanced Excel

Should be adaptive to flexible work timings / roster shifts

Good to have Skills:

Knowledge on PIM, DAM, BSL, ODQ.

Basic SQL and MS-Access skills.

Qualification:

Bachelors (Graduation) degree from a recognized university with CGPA > 6 (on 10)
