Description:

Job Summary: PWP Portfolio Leader is responsible for the effective commercial discontinuation, manufacturing stop and ownership transfer to Services BU for IB support for the product Offer under PWP (Product Withdrawal Process).

Job Responsibilities:
  • PWP Portfolio Leader drives the upstream impact analysis linked to the offer discontinuation, coordinating with HUB Product Owners, Industrial Strategy, Services, Commercial teams. She/He is in charged to facilitate the definition of mitigation plans. Doing so she/he enabled PWP GO decision which is owned by League Leaders
  • PWP Portfolio Leader animates the product discontinuation process with HUB Squads taking into account the Agile principles (backlog / sprint...) as well as "external" stakeholders in order to synchronize the expected deliverables. She/He makes sure of the completion and availability of the expected deliverables at each milestone of the PWP.
  • PWP Portfolio Leader support the Launch Leaders and/or Commercial teams/Offer Deployment to prepare internal country communication. She/He follows up and make sure the effective deployment of the communication by the concerned FOs.

  • Qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree and 5 years of project management experience in offer creation.
    Experience presenting to Customers & Leaders, and experience in saying 'No' when required
    Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
    Planning and problem solving
