Description:

Main ACTIVITIES

Support

• Contribute to deliver/update digital guidance

• Upskill functions for more autonomy

• Provide user support expertise: Lead root cause analysis on issues/requests/questions coming from the business and provide answers, solutions and escalate to Data Engineers and Visual Designers

• Issue resolution

Requirement gathering

• Responsible for requirement gathering phase and translation into functional specifications, bridging the gap between the business and the developers.

• Create Business Transformation Impact Analysis

• Create gap analysis between AS IS and TO BE scenarios (including process, organization, scope, and resources)

• Mitigation plan based on gap analysis

• Transfer knowledge of the new capabilities within the different teams

Testing

• Contribute to the pre-test of the data consistency and non-regression in anticipation of the UAT, high level to identify main issues

• Contribute to the UAT with key users & business process owner to ensure compliance to specification until UAT sign off, understand the changes and be ready to support the adoption

Continuous Communication

• Build communication material and promote the decided training campaigns through the right communication channels (meeting with community of stakeholders, yammer group, TEAMS, etc.) making sure people get the information which is aligned with the communication standards for Adoption

• Ensure accessibility for all decided communications and documentation (guidebooks, FAQ, intranet, iSEE, videos, Data Dictionary, Detailed Functionality Documentation...) related to the business transformation

• Ensure that all communications are promoted and spread by the network of Key Users (Single Point of Contacts, Champions, Stakeholders, etc) end to end process, including deco if any

Training & user documentation

• Link with GSC academy to make tutorials mandatory through MLL (curriculum)

• Create with other stakeholders the appropriate training material (guidebooks, FAQ's, tutorials, video materials, use cases and testimonies) with the right level of pedagogy/story telling covering all possible scenarii

Adoption & value creation in collaboration with BPO

• Define metrics to put in place and measure the user adoption and satisfaction of the app

• Measure adoption and satisfaction plus usage (the way it is used) during the RUN

• Propose improvements in case adoption is not at the expected level (involving whoever necessary)

• If there's a previous tool, provide to BPO useful data of current tool for the value creation definition

Project Management

• Project planning, Organization and risk Management

• Well versed on tools like Jira
Analytics Implementation
• Lead the deployment of analytics tools to enhance procurement data analysis and reporting.

• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

• Integrate analytics solutions with existing procurement systems and workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for procurement analytics initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to leverage external data sources and enhance analytics capabilities.
Performance Measurement
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of procurement analytics initiatives.

• Regularly report on progress, outcomes, and impact of analytics transformation efforts to senior leadership.

• Continuously monitor and assess the performance of analytics solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful projects on time

• Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement analytics.

• Fluent English.
