Delivery Oversight & Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the full solution lifecycle: design - build - test - deploy - stabilize.
  • Ensure cross-stream coordination across Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, and integration teams.
  • Support release planning and go-live readiness from an E2E perspective.
  • Act as escalation point for solution-related delivery issues and complex cross-platform defects.

Integration & Cross-System Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end integration vision across CRM, Field Services, ERP, and Finance systems.
  • Ensure data consistency, process continuity, and clear ownership across system boundaries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for cross-application and integration topics.
  • Work closely with enterprise architects and middleware teams to validate integration patterns.

Stakeholder & Program Leadership
  • Act as a trusted solution advisor to senior business and digital leadership.
  • Provide clear communication on solution choices, impacts, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support governance forums, architecture boards, and leadership reviews.

  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external implementation partners.

Professional & Leadership Skills
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across business, IT, and leadership.
Comfortable leading in ambiguity and driving alignment across complex organizations.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
