Principal, E2E Solution Business Analyst
Job Purpose

Services Business at Schneider Electric is a 3 B€+ business with strong growth ambitions.

To enable this acceleration, Services Business is performing a Global transformation of its operating model, processes and digital capabilities (Offer, Pricing, Quotation, Service Execution)

In this context, the Principal, E2E Solution Business Analyst plays a key role to ensure the alignment of the Digital Solution which is delivered on the field and what is being built / developed in terms of platforms & interfaces.

As such, it will ensure countries can converge towards the target E2E Solution and that are Services Business is digitally ready for:
• Meeting Services growth ambitions
• Services offers launch, including hero offers (e.g. EcoCare)
• UNIFY deployment (J2R / Journey-to-Readiness)
• ...

Key Responsibilities

The Principal, E2E Solution Business Analyst is ensuring the convergence of country IT landscape towards target E2E solution, also ensuring the feedback loop from countries towards capabilities / platforms / interfaces, in close relationship with the E2E Solution Design Manager.

Services Transformation Program portfolio is expected to accelerate to more than 50+ active projects per year - typically 10 to 20 per geography - requiring a high level of anticipation, coordination and preparation.

Scope of the Transformation: Offer, Pricing, Quotation, Execution
  • a. Support country deployments - E2E Solution expertise role
    • In close relationship with the Deployment Leader - Digital (also reporting to Services Digital Transformation Program Director), support as-is assessment / gap analysis - between the current country IT/process landscape and the target one, and identify / work on gap resolution actions.
    • Propose functional / technical alternatives in terms of E2E Solution, to manage country requests yet limit overall solution complexity / enhancements.
    • Support Digital troubleshooting to identify root cause and support issue resolution pathway (if needed, leverage Digital Capabilities / DTC teams)
  • b. Be the bridge between country requests and digital build - E2E Solution coordination role
    • Funnel enhancement requests to Line of Business / Digital capabilities, in collaboration with E2E Solution Design manager
    • Provide feedback loop to country projects on enhancements delivery (what / when), linked to country requests
  • c. Contribute to digital build roadmap & governance - E2E Solution Build support role
    • Participate to E2E Solution Build governance (involving Digital Capabilities, E2E Solution Design, Delivery teams, ...) - under definition.
    • Participate to E2E Solution roadmap review and follow-up.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • • Business or Engineering Degree.
    • 10+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management.
    • Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
    • Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (esp Oracle, Salesforce).
    • Business Analyst experience preferred.
    • Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business / digital transformation.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
    • Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is a strong plus
