In this job, you will be part of our EcoStruxure Innovation Journey. Our 3-layered EcoStruxure platform consists of Connected Devices, Edge Control, and Apps/Analytics & Services on Cloud. You will be contributing to developing core technologies related to the Edge Control layer of the EcoStruxure platform.

We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about creating best-in-class products for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create storyboards that any stakeholder can understand in detail. You will work closely with the project team to understand and plan milestones for your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product.

• Excellent communication and story narrating skills.

• Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs.

• Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.

• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends.

• Deep knowledge of agile/scrum/lean principles.
  
  Excellent documentation skills.
  
  Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by the development teams.
  
  Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
  
  Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or IT.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product owner role.

• Industrial automation knowledge is a plus.

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development, preferably in the industrial automation domain.

• Strong Agile practitioner with practical skills in process.

• Good soft skills such as presentation, written & oral communication, influencing & convincing, conflict resolution, and client management.

• Knowledge of high-level requirements engineering, system architecture, and design methodologies.
