Lead OLM (offer lifecycle management) deployment and animate network of OLM Champions across Secure Power Transactional & Edge line of business (LoB) design centersAct as subject matter expert for tools used in support of EOLE projects portfolio management (dates, costs, business case data). Internal tools PPM, Webonyx, CDR, e-Cube, EOLE web reports, PDM, PCIM. Liaise with EOLE tools leader in Secure power central team.Act as subject matter expert for tools and processes used by PMO and cross functional teams in support of new product introduction and evolutions (jama connect, jira, confluence, MS project, sharepoint, reliasoft, picasso, safety process, ...).Document and deploy processes for lean portfolio management including prioritization, projects scoping, resource forecasting, pipeline planning, epic initiation, and execution follow up. Manage dashboard creation, optimization, and deployment to stakeholders on a host of topics (C& SP reporting, electronics resilience, productivity, execution dashboard, resources, epic tracker, offer withdrawal tracker, hypercare reporting). Conduct both onsite and virtual training as necessary across multiple design centers and functional disciplines and follow up to ensure effectiveness. Will be the lead person to investigate process breakdowns and continuous improvement opportunities including self guided decision making on how to plug gaps and implement longer term corrective actions to improve overall NPI efficiencyWill be called upon to investigate any new processes that may enter into the NPI environment from global stakeholders to ensure that the PMO management organization clearly understands intent, tailor the process to our specific line of business operating needs, and deploying to appropriate teams as applicable. Role will report to the Global PMO leader and be supported by several local PMO design center leaders and OLM champions from various functions. Job Requirements:
10 + years Total experience and 5+years in autonomous leadership where you will be expected to gather inputs from key stakeholders, analyze the situation, and independently be able to make decisions/proposals on how to implement solutions across the broader line of business organization. Therefore having 5+ years experience as a project manager leading NPI projects is highly desirable as you have walked the walk of a PMStrong English efficiency and ability to effectively lead training deployment with cross functional teams located in NAM, EUR, Asia. Relevant experience in documenting and deploying tools and processes in a similar fast paced environment. You need to bring this competency and leadership to the role and not learn it as you go. Experience with some of the tools we are using is highly desirable. This role will require high level of detail management as accuracy in dashboard reporting is critical to our PMO credibility You will need to work with high agility in determining priorities of multiple competing asks and work with high productivity to solve new process/tools problems while the NPI portfolio engine is constantly moving to deliver new offers to market. You will need to be able to effectively communicate up and down the organization from team member to executive stakeholders.
