Join our dynamic team as an IT Product Management Senior Professional and be the bridge between vision and execution in our innovative product development landscape!

What will you do:
  • Program Leadership & Governance
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of People Analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and global priorities.
    • Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks for analytics initiatives.
    • Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
    Team Management & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and program coordinators.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the People Analytics team.
    • Act as a bridge between HR, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
    Analytics & Technology Enablement
    • Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities within People Analytics solutions.
    • Ensure platforms and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) are optimized for scalability and performance.
    • Champion data quality, security, and compliance standards across all analytics initiatives.
    Strategic Thinking & Innovation
    • Translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies and technology roadmaps.
    • Identify emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and workforce insights to shape future capabilities.
    • Influence senior leadership on data-driven decision-making and workforce planning strategies.
