Service Offer Data Domain Program ManagerMission
As a Service Offer Data Domain Program Manager within the Offer Data Domain / Data Office, you will play a critical role in the digitization of our Services Line of Business offers. You will be responsible for leading data architecture and taxonomy initiatives across various programs, ensuring the completeness, quality, accuracy, and accessibility of Service Offer data.
Main Responsibilities Compatibility Matrix Governance- Collaborate with Offer Data Leaders to ensure that compatibilities for any new offers are designed and maintained in PIM.
- Govern data quality and completeness for existing attributes.
- Secure the end-to-end data flow to CPQ and perform validation/testing for each new update.
- Organize and lead regular governance and review cadences.
Unify Compliance - Single Point of Contact for Offer Data Readiness- Work with the Unify team and Offer Data Leaders to ensure compliance with Unify standards.
- Govern the remediation of quality and completeness gaps.
- Communicate updates and ensure continuous improvement of the Offer Data Playbook.
Offer Standardization, Structuration, and Governance- Partner with Product Owners, Offer Design Experts, and Offer Data Leaders to drive offer standardization reflected in offer data by design.
- Collaborate with the Offer Data & Performance PIM team to specify and validate attribute creation for service needs.
- Develop and manage standardization dashboards to monitor data completeness and quality.
Product-to-Service and Service-to-Service Relationship Design in PIM- Define and prioritize use cases for product-service and service-service relationships.
- Translate business needs into data requirements for the Data & Performance team.
- Implement rules, govern updates, and ensure playbook alignment.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data management.
Business Understanding: Knowledge of Energy Management products, systems, or solutions is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data architecture and database design.
- Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) or EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of offer marketing and quotation flows.
- Strong analytical skills; rigorous and detail-oriented.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- High level of personal accountability and ownership.
- Collaborative mindset to work with HUB squads and global chapters.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
